New Craft Talent from the South West celebrated

An exhibition celebrating the very best of Craft Talent in the region opens at the Devon Guild of Craftsmen in January. Get Fresh (Saturday 19 January - Sunday 10 March) is a very exciting part of the Devon Guild exhibitions programme enabling them to showcase a range of fresh and innovative work from emerging makers across the South West.

This biennial exhibition celebrates the selected makers whilst providing support and encouragement and, most importantly, an early audience for their work. 13 makers across a broad range of crafts are showcased with work including wood, glass, ceramics, printmaking, photography, furniture and wood.

Featured events include a free Recycled paper badge workshop with Alysa Freeman on Friday 15 February and a full day workshop Make a set of silver stacking rings with jeweller Corrinne Eira Evans on Saturday 23 February (costs apply – call 01626 832223 to book)
